Who is Automationstore.Com?
Automationstore.com was founded by individuals in the fluid power industry to offer technical specifications on products not currently available over the internet. With over 40 years of combined experience in Fluid Power, we offer quality service, quality parts, and technical knowledge about our products.
How does Automationstore.com offer all of these product variations?
The products offered on our site are readily available through most industrial manufacturers. Automationstore.com is using new technology to offer technical specifications on products that already exist. You still drive the specification, we just make option selection quick and easy over the internet.
Does Automationstore.com stock all of these product variations?
While Automationstore.com does keep a large inventory of parts, we do not stock custom specified products. Our goal is to offer standard 1-3 day delivery on commodity items such as gauges, mufflers, fittings, tubing, and valves. While configured items such as pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders require a standard 10 work day week lead time. Our extensive options require these items to be made to order and non-returnable.
How will my order be shipped?
UPS and FEDEX are our prefered carriers. However, given the nature of our products,shipping modes can vary. Some of our components are heavy and require motor freight shipment, while most are easy to ship Federal Express or UPS. Also, while we stock many items, some customers request "Ship Complete". Others request partial shipments as soon as the parts are available. Our goal is to keep our customers happy. If you prefer "Ship Complete" or "Partials Accepted", please note so in the comments box on your order. We will contact you if any items ordered require special crating or alternative freight arrangements.
Returns Policy
Any items requested for return must be approved by Automationstore.com prior to return shipment, must be accompanied by an Automationstore.com RMA#, and be shipped prepaid freight by the customer. Shipments made without meeting these requirements will be refused. Any items considered for return credit must be a standard stock item, in the original packaging, unused, and returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Restock fees will apply. Configured parts made to order are not returnable.
Warranty requests
While we strive for high quality and reliability, occassional problems do present themselves. Automationstore.com offers a one year warranty on workmanship and quality. No warranty is implied or offered on personal injury/loss of life, loss of wages, medical expenses, loss of machine production time, damage to machinery, equipment or facilites.Warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, or misapplication of the product.
Warranty issues may be reviewed under either of two primary resolution channels: One, return the product prepaid under an RMA# issued by Automationstore.com. Upon material receipt, we will review the complaint and determine the appropriate course of action. Two, in simple warranty issues, Automationstore.com may request digital photographs of the item to confirm claims made. No products are to be returned to Automationstore.com without prior approval and issuance of an RMA#.
